Q: How can I make the most of my appointment?

Book one appointment for each major concern.This will help ensure you receive the best care possible and ensure that your fellow patients are also seen promptly.

– Contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment for any reason.

– Let the receptionist know if you are having an urgent matter – we will ensure you are attended to in a timely manner.

 

Q: How do I book an in-person or telephone appointment online?

– Click the “Book Online” button on the top right of the screen and follow the prompts on the screen.

Q: Do I need insurance coverage for my visit?

If you have a valid MSP, your appointment will be free of charge – otherwise there is a fee for private services. You can contact our clinic to discuss payment options for this.

 

Q: How do I access my test results, prescriptions, referrals, etc.?

– We require you to book an appointment to access your test results, prescription renewals, specialist referrals etc. These services cannot be provided by the MOA – we apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Q: What are the clinic's operating hours?

We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
